Hi I put the wrong email address in to receive my registration number for fix mp4. Can I get it resent please.
Registered with the developer but have received nothing after waiting and checking for at least half hour. Trying another email was not possible as they track you by your IP address. It appears as if they are sending this out manually?
The program also installed without offering menu options or displaying where it was putting the program. Not a good sign.
Too much hassle for me. Uninstalled!
