Downloading is not working. Reports error

Worker threw exceptionWorked ok just now 8:40am ET. I already had account with Ash and a version 9. So when install finished I just put in my usual email for Ash products, got serial & all good.
Been using a Yahoo account which never fails. Also this d/l came right from SOS rather than done from the kind where a link gets forwarded to email. Not bad app, fast, simple.
