Hi, I have an account with you under a disused email address [email protected]. I have updated this to [email protected] and saved it. Now I cannot log in.
I have a license for website x5 v9, and now have a copy of v12 from shareware on sale.
It asks me for a key, which I don’t have and can’t get, it seems.Could you advise please?

When I click on the link in the confirmation email, it sends me back to my email inbox. What a really strange thing to do!
Thanks. Had ver 11 and needed new key for 12. Didn’t need to uninstall 11 for new 12 key to activate. Site will store/show both keys in case forget them.
Process fast. Used the manual method in the SOS post to get Key page. Have to do it that way it seems since may barf if have 11 on and its key is no go for 12.
Just be sure to hit that link — “via this SharewareOnSale exclusive registration page” which will give the Key. Nice on Windows 10 x64 Pro. Very simple program but enough for me, thanks lots.I was really looking forward to trying this out but this is as far as I can get “Website X5 Register has stopped working” when I input my email, Not very encouraging. Any ideas?

Download, installation, and registration went very quickly and smoothly. I had ver. 11 on my previous computer which died, but I hadn’t got very far with it: very pleased to get ver. 12 on this computer to see if I can finish the website.
