I did as requested and when I gave invalid unlock key. How can I fix this?

Double-click the application in EasyInvoiceFiles invoice.exe extracted folder to launch the application
At the login prompt, simply click on “Login” (leave the user and password fields as it is)
You will see the Key Free Evaluation prompt; follow the instructions at the prompt and enter the 3-digit trial software key you received by e-mail
Now click on “Unlock Assessment” to proceed
Register on prompt, select “Continue to evaluate” and click “Continue”
Once you are taken to the current program window, go to Help> Register
Register on prompt, select “Buy & record,” then click “Step 2. Enter Key”
Enter supply in the Email field and enter 2719 in the Key field
Click on “Unlock” and you will immediately receive a message that says “successful registration”; click “OK”, then exit and restart the application
The next time you open it, it will be the fully registered version

I think have done everything like the instructions, but i have not the app and it seems the program is not installed.

I made some tests concerning customization, and like the software.

Is it possible to modify a report to have one very similar to the “Sales Detail Report“, but with totals for the 3 columns “Amount“, “Tax” and “Total” (as there are for the the 2 last columns).

waited all day for an email with the code. Never arrived. Another ripoff.

Waited and waited but no 3-digit code via email. Given the significant complexity (why???) in the installation instructions I would have thought the company would be efficient but I guess not. Looks like they’ll be getting another bad rating. You only get once chance to make a good first impression, and that’s especially true if you want to stay in business.

Ash, downloaded, installed the software twice. I was very precise in following the detailed instructions. I cannot find it on my hard drive. When I installed it the second time, I had to continually replace the “existing files” with the ones in the second download aka
install. And still I have no ICON. I cannot find the program in either programs or programs x86 folders. It does not show in my startup list. It is on my hard drive, but I cannot access or find a way to see it or open it.

For those who are having trouble getting their 3 digit evaluation key, here’s how to get one instantly. At the “Get Free Evaluation Key” window, instead of sending an email as instructed, in the bottom left-hand corner of the window click on where it says “Unable to get the key? try to click here.” A Easy Business Software web page will open. Enter your email address in the provided box and click on the “Get Key” button. A new web page will open with your free key on it, as well as links to a user guide and several training videos.

After I installed the program, I had the same trouble as others trying to find it. As others have said, it was not in the Start Menu or on the Desktop nor in the Programs folder. I did a search and found it in my Downloads folder. To open it, you have to double click on the “invoice.exe” file just as you did when you went through the install procedure. After clicking “Run” the same Login window will open. Leave it as is and click on “Login” and the program will finally open. To make things a little easier I sent the “invoice.exe” file to my Desktop so I don’t have to search for it. However, I can’t find an easier way to open it.
