Sai MohitGuestHey Ashraf I was wondering if you knew if “Support & updates included for life” means upgrades to future versions or simply for life for this version, thanks in advance.
Hey there. I’m Sai from Dragie.com. Yes, this is our limited time special offer, where you receive upgrades for future versions.
Please check out a virtual demo here: https://dragie.com/dragie-demo/
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
CodiGuest(1) I’m familiar with a few other website builders, SoftPress Freeway, Wix, Weebly. Wix is Flash based, to whereas it appears Dragie is solely HTML. Is that right?
Little concerned because it’s hard finding any info on the actual company itself (not Dragie) and on Dragie.com, too.
(2) Appears to be an India based company – is this correct?
(3) I heard during the Dragie demo video it said to save and “upload” your completed site to Dragie.
(A) Does that mean there’s some type of FTP upload capability built into Dragie?
(B) Is there a cost involved to upload and save my site on Dragie?(4) RE SUPPORT:
(A) Where is support physically located?
(B) What type of access to support is there; phone/email/chat?
(C) What hours of operation will support be? Which time zone?(5) What lifetime subscription means to me… Dragie isn’t going anywhere – not going out of business, but it seems Dragie is very new. What guarantee do customers have of this “lifetime” relationship?
(6) During the demo video I heard A LOT about “Google” this… and “Goolge” that… like Google based text. How much of this application actually Google based and dependent?
(7) Lastly: You posted a link for ONE Dragie demo, but I can’t find ANY reviews on Dragie.
(A) Where can I find INDEPENDENT reviews of Dragie?
(B) Where are more samples of Dragie built sites, and are there any actual, working sites built with Dragie that can be seen? Is there a listing?thanks for your time

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]Ok, this doesn’t bode well with me! I thought I’d follow and send a message to this address.
Instead of getting a reply I got a non-resposive link redirecting me to nothing more than Digie’s knowledge base, an account set up for me that I didn’t want, and got put on a spam list!?!?
“A new Support account has been created for you. Click the url below to activate your account and select a password!”
The message did go on and say if I continue to have problems to feel free to contact Digie Support. I THOUGHT THAT’S WHAT MY EMAIL WAS DOING?!?!?
Well, @Sai, maybe you could disclose this next time, or provide an actual support contact!

Thanks for your interest.I’ve answered all your questions through support ticket. Please check and let me know if you have any more questions.
Please kindly understand that it is our support system that sends an autoresponder which confirms that we’ve received your email. You were asked to create an account, so that you can keep track of the tickets you create on our support system. A password is set to secure your information, and to make sure not everybody has access to your ticket.

No, @Sai, you actually didn’t answer all my questions. In fact – you said yourself, quite the opposite.
Apparently, Digie appears to either be so new, or just isn’t transparent about the validity or quality of it’s product yet. I asked to be directed to “independent” reviews of Digie, something what any company would normally, eagerly agree to provide. However, Digie (@Sai) was resistant and would not provide any info:
“7. A. Sorry, i can’t comment on this. At the moment, you can
search around and ask people for feedback in online forums and
see if any of our customers will help.”CodiGuest[@Codi]
And by the way… I did quite an exhaustive search (bearing time available) and I could find NO reviews of Digie. @Sai could also not provide any sites that had used Digie. He could only provide a the sample demo video and a sample web page built by Digie.
We use to use SoftPress Freeway (U.K. based) and they were eager and willing to provide and show off websites built with their software. Why would you not want to showcase what your product can do? Unless there is none?
Is this why there’s the current special pricing? Even with a special price I don’t want to waste time and money if we can’t or won’t even use the product because it won’t produce.
There’s a saying, “Proof is in the Pudding.” Meaning… prove it works, not with words, or a demo video – but with viable working websites.
Where is the pudding??
CodiGuestI understand support tickets, and keeping track. However, I don’t understand the need to “create an account” – which means my email address has been retained in your system – but I haven’t even purchased your product.
DimitriGuestHey guys, I’m not very familiar with HTML builders (not familiar at all actually) and have no coding knowledge or anything, how would my website be different than what I created using ucraft.me (drag and drop website builder). I’m a photographer and have made my portfolio with it and it’s really sweet.
webSGuestVery, very weak!
CarolynGuestDeveloper “dragie.com”, “dragifu.com” – swindling!
