danGuest-
Two problems:
1) The “?” does not offer a HELP file when clicked.
2) The “i” option shows an info window but there is no way I can close it !?!MarianGuestI can’t start the application .. it requires in the very beginning the activation key, I write it there – and then appears the message “Could not contact the licensing server. Please check your internet connection and try again” … with internet fully functional :(
John BriickGuestSAME EXACT PROBLEM AS MARIAN:“Could not contact the licensing server. Please check your internet connection and try again”
I have rebooted, re-installed, turned off anti-virus, all to no avail. Can anyone help?ThomasGuest[@dan]
The “?” goes to the image resizer FAQ page, you can get help there.
The “i” option shows an info window and you can close it with the right side button at the bottom of the window.
JohnGuestI have to say I am very impressed with this software. No problems downloading, installing and entering the license key.
Three things impressed me about this software:
1. The number of various options available when you resize your files (size, file type, quality, output location, etc.)
2. The speed with which the resizing is done. 300+ photo files took only several seconds to resize.
3. The quality of the final resized files.
I like everything about this software and it is a keeper for me as I try to reduce the sizes of some of these many photo files. Thank you for offering this software today!
MaschiGuestHello Ashraf, hello imagisizer.com:
Thanks a lot for this very useful software!
The installation ran fast like the wind;
the activation just in such a way.
Ryan Williams did an extremely good job!
In my opinion.
Once again many thanks SharewareOnSale.Cheers from Berlin:-)

andreasGuestVery nice tool. Very easy to install. It looks just a little bit old styled, but it works as expected. The only criticism is that although we know sizes are in pixels it is just an assumption. Just put “px” somewhere or better include other units and resolutions along with Custom Units.
Thanks for this offer.SteveGuest“Could not contact the licensing server. Please check your internet connection and try again” Have disabled AV and Firewall but still doesn’t activate.(Windows 7) Can anyone help please?
CybertoothGuestI canceled the Imagisizer installation when I read through the license agreement and found the following provision (Section 8, Taxes):
“…Licensee shall also pay to Developer, or reimburse Developer as appropriate, all amounts due for property tax on the Software…”
This requirement sounds like it applies WHETHER OR NOT you paid anything at all for the software: it’s not like a sales tax where you pay 5% tax on the purchase, and so if you paid $0.00 for it, then the tax is $0. This is a PROPERTY tax on the developer’s software, assessed by the tax collector. So if his tax collector decides that the Imagisizer developer must pay $1 million property tax based on the estimated value of the software, then we as SoS downloaders would seem to be on the hook for a share of that $1 million tax.
I don’t know how much personal information the installation wizard asks for, but I’m not clicking on “I Agree” just to find out. Remove from the license agreement the part about us paying your property tax, and we’re good.
