Decided to attempt this one more time; I saved the original license text as a text file and noticed that the extension was not viewable when I copied it into the program file folder. So I renamed the file by adding the txt after the dot and naturally windows indicated that the file already existed, do I want to replace it? Clicked yes; and now I have the free version installed.
