GuestI cannot tell by the description – does it rip protected discs or only unprotected?

GuestRegistered using my name instead of “SharewareOnSale” – as your directions stated. Duh! Uninstalled and re-installed but now it launches the application after installing, it never asks for my Name again. Obviously data is being retained even though I’ve uninstalled the application. Received warning upon the first installation that the program was a ‘trial’ and will only save 1/2 of a file, not the full movie, thus why I’d like to be able to start over again.
How do I remove this application in entirety so that I can install it again and, this time, follow instructions properly? ;-)
Thank you!Ashraf
Keymaster[@Scott S] Try running it as admin — sometimes that works. Or use RevoUninstaller to cleanly uninstall it and reinstall.

GuestThis version seems for normal DVD only. When running for Blu-ray, I got
“unable to connect network, load Blu-ray Failed.
Please check your network connection and try to load again.”Witoon
GuestIs this registration can update? Or if any update this free will end up. Thank you.

GuestWill not load a bluray disc, I keep getting error message “unable to connect network, load blu-ray Failed. Please check your network connection and try to load again.”

GuestIt won’t register, and I did use the SharewarOnSale name.
