ASHRAF: I’m confused… I bought the storage solution for $29.99 – it shows 500GB of storage available, assumedly in the “Instant” vault. But I don’t see how someone stores to the “deep storage” location versus instant… then it goes on to suggest that all I have is deep storage with 2 users. Can you clear this up a bit? Thanks.
