The program asks me to install a compatible browser. However, I have the current version of Firefox. What is the problem? I am running Windows XP SP3.Thanks

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.[Close program]
I’m using Win10 home x64 anniversary update (version 1607 build 14393.1066), DEP always on, UAC enabled with max level, custom scaling 150%, resolution 1920×1080, color depth 32bit, refresh rate 60Hz, Win10 Defender, Win10 firewall.
Uninstalled.
At the moment I have two issues with this program.
Firstly, it has a bug and crashes instantly on my windows 10 32 bit; the UI windows appears for a split of a second and vanishes.
Secondly, although it registered successfully and works on another machine, it shows as unregistered and it refuses to work if you prevent it from calling home.
Because of these issues I decided to uninstall it, and will not bother with this program again.
