I successfully inserted the activation code, but the app never gets beyond the splash screen. Although my iPhone 5s is plugged into my MacBook Pro and turned on, it indicates my phone is not connected. I’ve unconnected and reconnected the phone several times without success. I’ve tried restarting the app with my phone unplugged. No change.
This is very disappointing. This is the first time I’ve had trouble with software you’ve offered, and I didn’t expect to be stopped dead in my tracks.
