Now that’s what I call a reputable company, which does not hide its identity, whereabouts or history. Notice the difference with Inv Softworks ?

Installed. Up to now, very nice interface. Not too cluttered, not childish either ; the size and colours are right. High DPI-aware. Launches without delay, too.

For those who can’t find the activation : there are two executables and two shortcuts. The main program is Good Sync, not Good Sync Explorer. The Activate Pro command is in the Help menu of the main program, Good Sync.

Exceedingly annoying captcha on this site. You need to clear a zillion images (and wait for them), then Google tells you it can’t reach its server and you have to start all over again.

This looked quite good until I read the license agreement, if you run on more than one computer you need a license on both. This giveaway gets me one of them, $39.95 gets the other one. What’s the point of syncing to one computer? I guess I could have a backup job that copies everything to a specific folder. Oh wait, already have a program for that.

    Am I missing something here?

    Hello,
The second license is much cheaper than the first when normally purchased. The second PC needs to run the GSTP service which requires the license. If you have your own network, however, then you may use the free version in order to sync the second PC.
