Видео уроки в этом приложении изготовлены по методике тренера по художественной гимнастике Екатерины Пирожковой. Все методики и упражнения в этих видео уроках опробованы в ее тренерской работе и доступны для занятий в домашних условиях. Данные видео уроки - помощь спортсменам и тренерам в самостоятельной работе и подготовке, что позволяет сэкономить много времени в тренировочном процессе. На сегодня представлены три темы: "Равновесие", "Растяжка", "ОФП (общая физическая подготовка)".
