Before, you would have to go through opening your browser, navigating to an image hosting site, selecting the image, clicking upload, copying the direct link (if the site even gives you a direct link right away), navigate back to the app or site you need to share the image on, and finally paste the link.
With Share to ImgTC, the only thing you need to do is use Android's "Share" feature. Share your images to "ImgTC Uploader" and the image will immediately begin processing and uploading - you can view the progress in the notification bar. Once uploaded, a direct link to the image will be added to the clipboard. You can also tap the finished notification to copy the link.
On Android 7.0+, ImgTC Uploader also gets added to the quick settings notification area. This will open an image picker that lets you select an image, and the upload process starts. You don't even have to leave the app you're already in!
Other apps can also interface with this to give a quick upload process. Through a button press or other interaction, they can call up an image picker that will start the upload process once an image is selected. Email us at [email protected] for details.
