Pytania i przebieg egzaminu jest opracowany zgodnie
z wytycznymi zawartymi w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Transportu, Budownictwa i Gospodarki Morskiej z dnia 13 lipca 2012 r. w sprawie egzaminowania osób ubiegających się o uprawnienia do kierowania pojazdami, szkolenia, egzaminowania i uzyskiwania uprawnień przez egzaminatorów oraz wzorów dokumentów.
Zasady przeprowadzania egzaminu
Egzamin polega na wskazaniu prawidłowej odpowiedzi na pytania wybierane losowo
w czasie rzeczywistym i obejmuje:
a) 20 pytań z wiedzy podstawowej, w tym:
– 10 pytań o wysokim znaczeniu dla bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego,
– 6 pytań o średnim znaczeniu dla bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego,
– 4 pytania o niskim znaczeniu dla bezpieczeństwa lub porządku ruchu drogowego;
b) 12 pytań z wiedzy specjalistycznej w zakresie poszczególnych kategorii prawa jazdy
lub pozwolenia, w tym:
– 6 pytań o wysokim znaczeniu dla bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego,
– 4 pytania o średnim znaczeniu dla bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego,
– 2 pytania o niskim znaczeniu dla bezpieczeństwa lub porządku ruchu drogowego.
Każde pytanie zawiera:
a) jedną prawidłową odpowiedź;
b) przypisaną liczbę punktów za udzielenie prawidłowej odpowiedzi, o następującej
wartości:
– 3 punkty – pytanie o wysokim znaczeniu dla bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego,
– 2 punkty – pytanie o średnim znaczeniu dla bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego,
– 1 punkt – pytanie o niskim znaczeniu dla bezpieczeństwa lub porządku ruchu
drogowego.
Udzielenie odpowiedzi na zadane pytanie polega na:
a) wyborze z dwóch zaproponowanych odpowiedzi oznaczonych wyrazami “TAK” albo “NIE” jednej odpowiedzi – dotyczy pytań z wiedzy podstawowej; na przeczytanie treści pytania osoba egzaminowana ma 20 sekund, po czym na udzielenie odpowiedzi ma 15 sekund;
b) wyborze z trzech zaproponowanych odpowiedzi oznaczonych literami A, B i C jednej odpowiedzi – dotyczy pytań z wiedzy specjalistycznej; na przeczytanie pytania i udzielenie odpowiedzi osoba egzaminowana ma 50 sekund. You do the driving test? Check that you are ready!

b) 12 questions with expertise in the various categories of license

- 2 questions of low importance for safety and order traffic.
Each question includes:
a) one correct answer;
b) assigned a number of points for giving the correct answer, the following
values:
- 3 points - the question of high importance for road safety
- 2 points - the question of medium importance for road safety
- 1 point - the question of low importance for traffic safety and order
road.
Answering the question involves:
a) the choice of two proposed answers, denoted by "YES" or "NO" one answer - it concerns questions of fundamental knowledge; to read the content of the questions a person exams have 20 seconds, then for replying is 15 seconds;
b) the choice of three proposed answers indicated by the letters A, B and C one answer - it concerns questions of expertise; to read the questions and answer exams person has 50 seconds.
