Has anyone else had any problem with installation? I have downloaded the installer, it downloads the program, then just disappears! Not sure what to do.

Even both cases are about Windows 7, similar problems can occur on Windows 10 too.
Also, I remember reading about issues with some Wallpaper Slideshow conflicting with some installers causing similar symptoms to what you described.
