Sounds like it uses the same NTFS-index search technique as the free program Everything, so it would have the same advantages (fast search, index already built and maintained by NTFS file system) and disadvantages (only file name/extension searchable, only works with NTFS file systems). But it offers a portable version, which is a nice plus, although I’m not sure how that is consistent with the “1 computer” giveaway license restriction.
