Hi [@Jocelyne]. To enter the license key, please use the Copy and Paste Windows functionality, rather than manually typing it. Try not to select any additional symbols or free space. If this doesn’t work, try to copy and paste the into a Notepad file to remove the formatting. Then, copy and paste the key from there.
