I tried enter the key three times after uninstalling the software every time.It’s said “invalid key”. I downloaded the software the way you told to do it.

Great Soft Thankyou AshrafPixarra SupportGuestHi [@Jocelyne]. To enter the license key, please use the Copy and Paste Windows functionality, rather than manually typing it. Try not to select any additional symbols or free space. If this doesn’t work, try to copy and paste the into a Notepad file to remove the formatting. Then, copy and paste the key from there.

I’m also having trouble entering the key. I’m using Windows 10.
When I open the program there is a box with 3 options to click on, Try, Buy or Enter Key.
I click on Enter Key, copying and pasting it direct from your email or using Notepad, but the it keeps displaying Invalid Key. There is nowhere to type in the Registration Name either.
I checked the program tabs also and nothing works there either.
Any help would be appreciated.

Regards, KenDid you download the program from this site(sharewareonsale)? If you downloaded from the official site Pixarra, the key will not work.The name is not needed, just enter the key and that’s it. I also have windows 10 and it works.

I just read a few minutes ago what you wrote to Jocelyne, I tried that as well, doing what you suggested. It did not work. I also tried the right click “run as administrator” and it still wouldn’t work.I have old version of Twisted Brush Studio installed. Is that the problem, that I need to uninstall it. I got the old version from here as well.

Hi,
I downloaded the program via SharewareonSale as I always do for every program.
I have tried again to enter the license key both ways – didn’t work.
I removed it with Revo Uninstaller then re-installed the program – didn’t work.
I have run the Compatibility Troubleshooter – Didn’t work.
I have run the program as Administrator – didn’t work.
I have run a virus check – didn’t work.
I have run sfc /scannow to check Windows files, no problems with those.
Nothing works to get the program to accept the license code. I will keep the program for now, perhaps someone else might find a solution?
I will also install it on my wife’s computer and see if it works there. I will check back tomorrow.

Back again. Just downloaded and installed the program on my wife’s computer running Windows 10. The license key wasn’t accepted on there either.

For TwistedBrush Pro Studio versions 23 and 24 you don’t need to enter a user name, just the license key. We can assure you that the key does work. You can enter the key from the menu File -> Enter License Key.
Your key will work no matter if you have downloaded the program from Sharewareonsale or from our website. The installation file is the same. Just make sure that you have downloaded and installed the right product version – 23.06. This can be checked from the menu File -> About.

Pixarra SupportLeoGuestIf Assraf would stop deleting my posts perhaps I could get an answer. I need an offline download. In other words, the whole file. I have to download on my phone at work then take it home to install since there isn’t internet available in my area. Do you understand now?
