I’m also having trouble entering the key. I’m using Windows 10.
When I open the program there is a box with 3 options to click on, Try, Buy or Enter Key.
I click on Enter Key, copying and pasting it direct from your email or using Notepad, but the it keeps displaying Invalid Key. There is nowhere to type in the Registration Name either.
I checked the program tabs also and nothing works there either.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you download the program from this site(sharewareonsale)? If you downloaded from the official site Pixarra, the key will not work.The name is not needed, just enter the key and that’s it. I also have windows 10 and it works.
