Thanks for your re-assurance but the fact of the matter is: The key doesn’t work on our computers.
The product version is 23:06 on both of them.
I have tried again tonight but no joy. Maybe it’s a Windows 10 problem?
I have downloaded many free shareware programs in the past and all have worked, except yours.
I’m uninstalling the programs now.
