$10 seems awfully pricey for something you can do with a windows “start /wait x” command more effectively, using only a smart shortcut. (Alternatively, the “tasklist” output could be piped to an “if” statement to see if the process is already running, and start it if not. Then use your delay function of choice for waiting between check intervals. This could be done with a batch file.)
Admittedly, I haven’t tried this program–I personally see no point, although I recognize this is something not everyone knows how to do by themselves.
