[@Belga] Hi, some possible reasons and ways to fix it. #1. The license key for Mac is mistakenly entered on Windows #2. The license key is entered where the software asks for email address. #3. The activation is unexpectly blocked by some third-party antivirus software (Just turn it off temporarily).
