What email do I use?
Ran the program, put in my requested email and the key provided. Program then wants me to buy the unlimited version without the GOTD “restrictions”. Huh??? I thought this was a full version from GOTD……
E-mail and registration code verification failed with error code 222.
I bought the lifetime license for VideoProc, but the activation doesn’t work.

I have downloaded, and installed this program, but it will not launch. All I get is a black window, supposedly a GUI, and it loops for half hour, resulting in a message: “this program is not responding, do you want to close it”. I have tried several times to run the program but to no avail.
I am running windows 10 32 bit.
Is there a way to fix this problem?

[@Gianluca] Gianluca, thanks for choosing VideoProc. It seems that the license key was entered incorrectly. It is recommended to copy & paste the license key instead of manual input. Please try again and hope this helps.
[@Belga] Hi, some possible reasons and ways to fix it. #1. The license key for Mac is mistakenly entered on Windows #2. The license key is entered where the software asks for email address. #3. The activation is unexpectly blocked by some third-party antivirus software (Just turn it off temporarily).
