Be sure to close any open documents on your computer before you start install. I hadn’t save an Excel document for a few hours and it closed without saving during the installation and now I am unable to save any Excel document changes including the recovery document for the one that had closed without saving. Other documents I can open and close, but not save or save as if there is even the word test inserted. I can create a document and save it as I work on it, but once closed, same issues. I am hoping to hear back from the company and also posted in the discussion forum, but thought others might need this information.
