First of all you should be able to notice that this is called a “Discussion thread” but actually there are only issues and negativity, so actually this is a support thread since all users who successfully install the giveaway software are not coming back to search for help. We do not usually offer any support for the FREE giveaways but yet we are here to help.
You should probably read our comments more carefully, the blame is not on user but neither there is anything we can do to help with this issue.
Emails are generated at our end yes and are successfully sent out, after that we do not have control with it only your email service provider does.
We have spent already too much resources trying to solve this issue, and not at any time was an issue at our end, but on the other sides offering us payable services for email delivery, this is “a normal” today but we are against it honestly :)
