Just rename the installation files to Vopt9.exe and run. The installation files will be under “Golden Bow” on the Vopt directory to copy your Vopt9.txt file. It works but the program is so old it may create more problems than fixes and shorten the life of SSD who need “Trim” not “Defrag”
