The installation and activation instructions are detailed, a bit complicated, but I found they worked as expected to attain successful installation. However: I am disappointed after installation to find that the version does NOT include the ability to download videos from vimeo or any URL. The user guide and video tutorials are not useful in that regard for the current version. There is no obvious or discoverable way to send a support email request/ticket.
