startup.exe allows the app to set “automatically run at startup”. I’m sorry that file triggers a virus warning, it does what I say.
You are free to delete that file if you don’t need that feature, or you can do this manually.
About “Data cannot be saved in “folders.dat” file” error, please check if the app has full write permissions access. This is definitely the cause of the problem
