You need to establish an account with powersoft 1st. Enter your email and get a 4 digit code to enter. The directions on what to click on to enter the Shareware of sale Key is labeled wrong. Where you enter the key is stated incorrectly and confusing. When I did, my computer went into working mode for a longer period then necessary. Way longer. Walked away and when I came back it was back at the beginning of the programs opening window. No indication of whether you are registered or not and there is nothing under “about”. This is the only reason you need not to install this. SOS even warns about it.
Emailed support about 15 minutes ago and have received no reply. Powersoft sign in says it’s only valid for 6 months NOT a year. If you look under the how-to info it wants you to download an additional program whether you are streaming from a service or downloading from you tube and it says “try it for free”. ??????? I’ve started to down load this twice before in the past months and each time gave up because I don’t like to continually have to sign into things and jump multiple hoops. This time I went the distance. Created an account, the whole deal. Will wait till this evening to see if there is any support. But either way I’m not going to install any additional programs to support this one. Will remove and this is the end of Ace thinker. Total waste of too much time.
