So does AceThinker = Apowersoft ? Because after registration it asks if I want to save that information to an Apowersoft account.
It’s a bit suspicious that there seems to be a large group of companies going by different names that frequently offer free giveaways of what appears to be the same core set of products. Who is really behind these companies?
“Unknown error” when trying to obtain verification code !
Installed the program and then it crashed my computer big time. 6 hours later I managed to restore it. I am running Windows 10 64 bit. Stay away from it if you are unsure. Anyone else had this problem?
Im getting a error at the launch. Trying to use on Windows 7, 64bits. I uploaded a image because there are so many things on message error:

Here’s another one! I experienced most of the problems stated by other correspondents. Have now uninstalled and will try anew. However, the activation code given today looks just the same as the one I used yesterday. If it fails again that will be the last chance – in spite of Covid-19, time is still precious!

x x xYou need to establish an account with powersoft 1st. Enter your email and get a 4 digit code to enter. The directions on what to click on to enter the Shareware of sale Key is labeled wrong. Where you enter the key is stated incorrectly and confusing. When I did, my computer went into working mode for a longer period then necessary. Way longer. Walked away and when I came back it was back at the beginning of the programs opening window. No indication of whether you are registered or not and there is nothing under “about”. This is the only reason you need not to install this. SOS even warns about it.
Emailed support about 15 minutes ago and have received no reply. Powersoft sign in says it’s only valid for 6 months NOT a year. If you look under the how-to info it wants you to download an additional program whether you are streaming from a service or downloading from you tube and it says “try it for free”. ??????? I’ve started to down load this twice before in the past months and each time gave up because I don’t like to continually have to sign into things and jump multiple hoops. This time I went the distance. Created an account, the whole deal. Will wait till this evening to see if there is any support. But either way I’m not going to install any additional programs to support this one. Will remove and this is the end of Ace thinker. Total waste of too much time.
