Further to my post yesterday: I elected to “Pay in 3” with debits from my bank. Not only has there been no debit from my bank but any mention of the transaction has been expunged from my records on PayPal. This leads me to believe that the deal was refused at the outset. I am extremely annoyed that I was not notified of this before the offer closed.
