Is it a retail key, so Office will remain on Microsoft account or OEM licence?
I purchased this program through Paypal on their 3 in 1 scheme. this meant that the vendor would be paid in three equal payments of £15.57p.
Having just checked my Paypal account I find that these payments were made on the 01/03/2022;01/04/2022 and the final one 01/05/2022.
However, I have received no notification of a licence number at my email address to date.
Please can you look into the matter and let me have a download URL and my licence number in due course.Thanks.

I, too, paid for this offer using PayPal’s 3 equal payments scheme. Almost a week now and no acknowledgment, licence key or download link. Strange, my three payments were for £16.67, say, £50.00 in total (including VAT).
Further to my post yesterday: I elected to “Pay in 3” with debits from my bank. Not only has there been no debit from my bank but any mention of the transaction has been expunged from my records on PayPal. This leads me to believe that the deal was refused at the outset. I am extremely annoyed that I was not notified of this before the offer closed.
