cathL – thank you for trying to help. However, I have tried four browsers and on the acethinker website on my computer there is no blue login button nor is there a “New account? Create an account” option. If I go through the Account icon in Wind Cut, I can reach a window that says “Register”. When I enter a user name and password and click “Register”, nothing appears to happen but apparently it actually is creating an account on Apowersoft and it shows the new user name in the Wind Cut window that has the “Activate VIP” button. However, when I use the “SharewareOnSale exclusive license key” I got in the email it still comes back with “Failed to activate”. The license key is four sets of FIVE characters and the activation key Wind Cut seems to be looking for shows four sets of FOUR characters. I do appreciate your trying to help.
