But you can download installer directly from the AceThinker website, install it and then create an account and activate it using the key provided from the SharewareOnSale. It works, I checked.
Nothing downloaded
I had the same experience as some of the others not being able to download the program. I had to go to the vendor’s website and download the file from there. I then installed the program and activated with the product key that SharewareOnSale provided. Thank you, Ashraf for the program. Hopefully, you can fix the download link.
serial key fail, need 40 characters, the serial key SoS have 23 characters, please fix it
Downloaded OK. Installed OK. Immediately after install, program opened with a window that said “Your VIP account has already expired”. Closed that window, clicked on person icon in upper right and a window opened that had an “Activate VIP” button. Clicked the button and window opened to input “activation code”. Sample code shows four sets of four characters separated by hyphens. License key given in email has four sets of FIVE characters separated by hyphens. Entered key and result was red “Failed to activate”. This result was the same with install file from SOS and also the install file downloaded directly from AceThinker

For others having the installation problem, FYI, I went to their web site, downloaded the file from there and entered the activation code, and was able to install it that way.

Nothing is downloaded to be installed. Where is the file?
Downloaded but Installer from SharewareOnSale did not install any software. Instead I downloaded from AceThinker website,
installed it and activated from my account and upgraded to VIP for one year’s access with code from SharewareOnSale. Needs to have an account before activating.
Thanks.I am glad to hear that a few people have actually gotten this software to register but nothing I have tried works. I am trying to use the Mac version, Now when the program opens I get a window that says: “Your VIP account has already expired”. If I click on “Renew”, it takes me to a page to pay for a VIP account. If I simply cloase that window and click on the “account” icon, I get a window that has a button to “Activate VIP”. If I click on that button, I get a window that says: “Please input the activation code (from email). If I enter the “key” from the email, I get in red letters: “Failed to activate”. If I click on the link that says: “Have an account Login”, it opens a window for me to login where it will not accept my login info. If I click on “forgetPassword” it open a window where I have to get a “Verification Code” -if I click on that, the program quits. From the screen where it says “Activate VIP”, If I click on “Retrieve VIP”, “Change Password” or “My Account” it takes me to the Apowersoft website. If I click on the “Upgrade to VIP button” I get a “404 Page not Found” on the AceThinker website. On the AceThinker website, there is no way that I have found to create an account – only on the Apowersoft website where I already have an account. On the “Activate VIP” window it has a “Logout” link which must indicate I am logged in. Sorry for the length of this, but I am very frustrated that nothing works and yet some folks are saying it worked for them. Is it possible they AceThinker/Apowersoft do not read these comments? I would appreciate some help from the creators of the program. Thank you.
Bob c – On the AceThinker website login page, under the blue Login button, there is “New account? Create an account” option.
Create a new user account to login, then login and put in the serial number to activate to VIP for one year’s access. Hope this helps.cathL – thank you for trying to help. However, I have tried four browsers and on the acethinker website on my computer there is no blue login button nor is there a “New account? Create an account” option. If I go through the Account icon in Wind Cut, I can reach a window that says “Register”. When I enter a user name and password and click “Register”, nothing appears to happen but apparently it actually is creating an account on Apowersoft and it shows the new user name in the Wind Cut window that has the “Activate VIP” button. However, when I use the “SharewareOnSale exclusive license key” I got in the email it still comes back with “Failed to activate”. The license key is four sets of FIVE characters and the activation key Wind Cut seems to be looking for shows four sets of FOUR characters. I do appreciate your trying to help.
