I have 2 accounts at Franzis, which is offering Photozoom for many years. The problem is logging in to the accounts to get the code will not work, as the CORRECT passwords in both cases are being rejected. Resetting the passwords also is not working because no link for doing so is sent at all, not even in spam folder. So what is going on?
