[ @Ashraf will make sure this gets fixed] Fake reviews are everywhere these days. Franzis(the developer and other associated ones) do have a reputation for heavy spamming once they have your email through offering ‘free’ software/apps, but I’ve not seen such obvious fakery from them, or associates of them, before on SOS.

I have 2 accounts at Franzis, which is offering Photozoom for many years. The problem is logging in to the accounts to get the code will not work, as the CORRECT passwords in both cases are being rejected. Resetting the passwords also is not working because no link for doing so is sent at all, not even in spam folder. So what is going on?.
It’s not working yet. I filled in my email & password, clicked send, and got taken to a German page with ads for other Franzis software, but no “form” to fill out. At top of page was a button to change language to english. Clicking that took me to a Franzis automotive software page with nothing related to photo software. Yes, I have an account with Franzis. It sends me emails in German many times a week, often two or three per day, plus an occasional message in English.
[@Mr.Dave] Ok, it IS working, just not like the description says. I got an email (in German, of course) that, after translating to English, gave me the registration code. Program installed, registered and ran fine after that.
I already have such a program listed as “BenVista PhotoZoom Classic” from “BenVista” and last time I was confused by Developed by FRANZIS, so I installed version 7.0.2 when I already had version 6.0. I like S-Spline-XL the most.
