I’m trying to register this software with the same one that I used on SOS to download this software. I get an error message saying “Sorry please use a valid email address…” It is a valid email address, I have had it for +10 years and have used it many times before to register other software that I’ve downloaded from SOS.
If this software cannot recognise a valid email address then I doubt that it will do what it is supposed to do properly, or it is another data collecting exercise.
