I am receiving a message, after downloading the program and right at the end of the setup and installation process, “This installer requires admin access. Please try again”.
I’m installing programs all the time. I never had this problem before. Something is wrong with their setup program.

But, what exactly? Because nothing can be installed other than the application with selecting all the options.
The program can’t start, I get the following error:

at ad2.a(String[] A_0)I’m trying to register this software with the same one that I used on SOS to download this software. I get an error message saying “Sorry please use a valid email address…” It is a valid email address, I have had it for +10 years and have used it many times before to register other software that I’ve downloaded from SOS.
If this software cannot recognise a valid email address then I doubt that it will do what it is supposed to do properly, or it is another data collecting exercise.

I installed the program and then I had no internet access.
After I uninstalled the program, internet access was available again.
What kind of bad program is this?[@n60] Well over 24 hours after I made my original post about not being able to register this, and others making similar posts, there has not been one obvious response, either from SOS or the developer. Which strengthens one of my stated suspicions, that this is a data harvesting exercise more than a genuine offer of a useful and working app.

After downloading several files, the program will suspend the system (Win 8.1, 64bit) for a few minutes. Then it hangs up for about 30 seconds. Over and over again. I managed to uninstall it. It turned out that another program was also installed. I uninstalled it too. ADWCLEANER found some pest.
Everything is back to normal.AA
