[@bill] Register, get their email which will have a short Serial (if first time user it maybe called for use) and a long string which serves as BOTH a DIFFERENT serial & Registration when installation is at final step where you seem to be. If one is a regular user, the final activation screen will have just 1 line called Serial. This is NOT the original Serial used as registration with the Company’s offer. Putting in the Serial from their forwarded email will NOT be accepted. Instead put in the email’s long string Registration. Then the Activate will work right away.
Confusing yes since they list Serial…. Maybe it’s lost in translation. Just plug in long string one.
