[@bill] Register, get their email which will have a short Serial (if first time user it maybe called for use) and a long string which serves as BOTH a DIFFERENT serial & Registration when installation is at final step where you seem to be. If one is a regular user, the final activation screen will have just 1 line called Serial. This is NOT the original Serial used as registration with the Company’s offer. Putting in the Serial from their forwarded email will NOT be accepted. Instead put in the email’s long string Registration. Then the Activate will work right away.
Confusing yes since they list Serial…. Maybe it’s lost in translation. Just plug in long string one.Hi Boss,
I followed the instructions given on the Checkout page for receiving the Registration Number and for Downloading and Installing the Program. The received email contained my personal customer number (user ID) as well as my Registration Code (Serial Number). I then downloaded and installed the program following the link provided on the Checkout page. After installing the program, when I go to launch the program, I am presented with a Pop-up window which indicates 30 Days remaining and contains one space in which to insert the Serial Number and a “Activate Now” button to Click after entering the Serial Number. Upon completing this process, I immediately receive a response indicating “Invalid Serial Number”… “Wrong Serial Number! Please enter the correct serial number.” Careful repeating of this process only yielded the same result. How can I
change the status of this program from “Trial” to “Registered”? There does not appear to be any place for indicating my personal customer number (user ID). Any assistance much appreciated…Warning: As far as I am concerned, the serial number sent directly by Franzis contained an error with an extra space.
This had already happened to me another time with the same software designer blocking the user procedure.
After removing the space it works correctly.

Attention : En ce qui me concerne le N° de série envoyé directement par Franzis comportait une erreur avec un espace en trop .
Cela m’était déjà arrivé une autre fois avec le même concepteur de logiciels bloquant ainsi la procédure d’utilisation .
Après suppression de l’espace cela fonctionne correctement .
Voici à présent mes 4 filtres préférés :

– Dessin Crayon de couleur 2
– Kirlian énergie
