Registration is a complete shambles

One or two weeks ago, I tried to get a code, using the same procedure as for this freebie. Tried many times but I am still waiting. Programme uninstalled. I was most certainly not alone on that occasion.
So, trying this one, and guess what? Yes, no email from FRANZIS; but they had the cheek to say that I was already registered and email on it’s way. I’ve asked and been told twice. We shall see!
A pity and all rather unnecessary. I cannot give an evaluation because I cannot use the darn offer.
