Downloaded, got the unique user ID and registration code, installation went fine.
As I ran the program, it asked me for the Serial Number.
Nowhere in their email was a mention of a serial number.
I tried and entered the registration code in the serial number field, but that was rejected.
So what is the serial number???
I add my voice to others that about a week or so ago, I applied for a registration code a dozen times, but never received one.
Franzis needs to get its registration act together, and not make such a procedure a cat and mouse game.
