Since perfect detection doesn’t exist,most reputable AV- or AntiMalware- programs
contain a section where you can exclude certain files to be scanned (as exceptions)

The reason this file is flagged is because it’s probably stealth or otherwise
its monitoring feature behaves like something that resembles malware.

E.g. A typing program that saves your keystrokes to be played back later
resembles a Keylogger and thus will be flagged..

False positives happen numerous times with the various AV programs.
