Make sure that you enter a correct registration name “SharewareOnSale Home Use Only License” when entering a license key because license key works with that name.
Application cannot be installed on a memory stick. Agent must be installed on a remote computer that you want to monitor and a monitoring console on your computer. You can also install monitoring console on your smart phone or tablet.

Caution! Unfortunately, 360 Total Security identifies the file as containing a Trojan:

Since perfect detection doesn’t exist,most reputable AV- or AntiMalware- programs
contain a section where you can exclude certain files to be scanned (as exceptions)The reason this file is flagged is because it’s probably stealth or otherwise
its monitoring feature behaves like something that resembles malware.E.g. A typing program that saves your keystrokes to be played back later
resembles a Keylogger and thus will be flagged..False positives happen numerous times with the various AV programs.

Some antivirus programs may flag our application as spyware. It is a false positive for the reasons mentioned by PeterE.
Application does not contain viruses or backdoors.
Please put the application and installation directory on exclusion list.

My plan: in a first phase set the desktop as a console and the laptop as the agent. For use in a later stage reverse the use: the laptop as console and the desktop as agent. Is this possible? And can this be easily be switched, depending on the needs and situation?

Hi Bernard,
This can be done. Just install agent on both machines and install console on machine where you want to monitor other computer.
You can switch installation as often as you like.
