[@Miki Sever] Miki, when the download hub failed to download the software I got a message in the hub notifying me of this failure and there was a button to click at the bottom right of the hub GUI to get the direct download, which is what I did.
If this did not work for you I think that you need to get help from Ashraf or someone else at SOS.
