[ @Ashraf] I appreciate the offer of this software and a lot of the other free offers on SOS. However I don’t appreciate the download hub, yet again it failed to deliver the complete download, it got to +90% this time before failing. The download speed was incredibly slow while using the hub, changing to a direct download via my browser saw download speeds multiply by a factor of +10. Sure speeds may vary, but not so significantly without something restricting them. I note that today the SOS software update notifier was being offered again, I hadn’t seen that for some time when downloading from SOS. I’ve questioned the need for the updater before and noted that it seemed to be linked to more download failures, when its not offered I’ve had quicker and more successful downloads, when its offered its not been such a good download experience. I always ‘decline’ the notifier’ as I don’t want it, I already have tried and tested means of getting update notifications. This may be a coincidence, but….
Yet again the reCAPTCHA screws things up, I entered a name and email in the right boxes above before typing the comment, I click in the “I’m not a robot” box, do the reCAPTCHA task and then get told that there is an error – I haven’t entered a name or email!!!! I’ve had that happen numerous times on SOS, but not on other sites where I encounter the malfunctioning spammer gatekeeper.
[@Nick H] Thank you for your feedback. We are continually trying to improve the Download Hub, so hopefully we will be able to fix the issue that you had. However, at least for now, it is here to stay. As for Notifier, we display that question every 2 weeks — if you say ‘No’, you won’t see it again for two weeks.
I’ll look into this bug with the forum. I still can’t figure out what is causing the problem.

I downloaded, installed and registered that program, when it startet it said, that it couldn’t find “photoshop cc” and some other programs and told me, that I can add it later on package installer.
I have a folder called “Plug-Ins” in which I can find some “.8be” files. Can you tell me, how I can add them to the program?It’s hard to give a review of a product that does NOT supply an ACTIVATION code. Tried this 2 times. Help Please.
Went to this site “http://www.franzis.de/franzis/register/FPW-21506000/168132655/0/502/2.0/0/en/” several times to register the product. I entered my email address and selected forgot password. I then re-entered my email and pressed go. It said my password was mailed to me, but I never got an email.
The software installed OK. But when I try to use it I am informed that it is a trial version, and I must enter a serial number to remove the 30-day limit. How do I get a serial number?

The serial number is the same as the number you inserted into the first registration window you saw when you started to install this software, the email with my ID number and registration code said – “(This code is also necessary to activate FOCUS projects 3 professional)”.
@Jimmie B – the email with the registration number from Franzis can take a while to get to you.
@Miri – When I unzipped the downloaded file there was a PDF file that explains how to install the P/S plug-ins, they only work with the more recent versions of P/S.
Can, i cant install it. the program just shuts down after downloading 75mb and pressing install.
Can some1 put the install file on some server ?again because of the problem APPCRASH “Windows7-64-bit”, the program does not start.
1. I wanted to replace OpenCL.DLL another version – does not work
2. Went to a folder with the program
3. Found file OpenCLCheck.exe
4. Renamed the file in -OpenCLCheck.exe
5. The program starts Requesting only the serial number
6. Conducted again (the first time introduced during installation) – the program went

Dear Friend,
I downloaded
FOCUS PROJECTS 3 PROFESSIONAL.I got the email from Franzis my ID and registration code.
However, when I try to install the software using SharewareOnSale_Giveaway_FOCUS_Projects_3_Professional_hub.exe,
It downloads the 76MB software, but when I click INSTALL NOW, it transfer me to my WINDOWS EXPLORER, and nothing happens.Please assist.

Interesting that my posts have been removed or not allowed. I finally received my activation info today. Literally, the last 11 hours of the Giveaway. We’ll see if this post survives approval.
