It’s always a good idea to create a system restore point and a system image (a full system backup), either with windows backup or with a third party program (like aomei backupper standard-free, easeus todo-backup free, and so forth), before using this kind of programs (cleaners).
If you don’t have a restore point, a system image and your windows system repair/installation disk, you can start to download the iso image of windows installation disk from Microsoft.com: it can’t be used to reinstall windows, if you didn’t have a retail version of it, but it can be used as a repair disk.
