Let me apologize to everyone for not being a fan for this software, because:
1) This is a time-limit license
2) Has to call home so the software company can monitor your use of it
3) Installed IOBit Uninstaller without my permission
The only nice thing I can say about it, is that the SoS product page says that it is a 6-month license, when actually, the program says that you get a year.[@Brigitte] Please redownload the Hub from us, I’ve fixed the issue.

Hello I have problems with the install of this program It ask me to configurate proxy and I’m not using a proxy.

With my all respect I write you this email after a serious problem that happened to my pc after I downloaded a product via your giveaways.
Actually I just downloaded Advanced system care 10 and Ashampoo winOptim normally
after I did the clean up from both of them I restarted my pc and nothing works . I mean almost nothing at all !!!
I can’t open any of my browsers ( UcBrowsr , Chrome , Firefox ) the only one working is IE. Most of my other stuff wont even launch … ( Like games such as League of Legends) and other softwares as well.
I am far from being good and programming and dealing with this kind of problem.
I tried restarting many times. and un installing both softwares that I just installed and I still have the same problem ..
If you PLEASE please could help me with anymeans necessary that could fix this problem or help me contact anyone that could help. It would mean the world to me because im really in need of my pc for work and my studies…With all my respect and greetings

It’s always a good idea to create a system restore point and a system image (a full system backup), either with windows backup or with a third party program (like aomei backupper standard-free, easeus todo-backup free, and so forth), before using this kind of programs (cleaners).
If you don’t have a restore point, a system image and your windows system repair/installation disk, you can start to download the iso image of windows installation disk from Microsoft.com: it can’t be used to reinstall windows, if you didn’t have a retail version of it, but it can be used as a repair disk.
Then it’s better if you ask for (free) help on specialised forums, not here.
