Hi Saola Animate Team and thank you for the reply! I did check the spam folder after each attempt, and have just checked it again now. Sadly, it remains empty, as does the inbox (that is, no messages from ATOMI or Saola; other messages have been arriving as usual).
I am standing by in hopes of a solution…
